Return & Refund Policy
At Moroccan Products, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at moroccanproducts120@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
After reviewing your request, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- A full refund
- A replacement item (if available)
Refunds or replacements are only provided for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
